Pramukh Mobile Accessories operates this digital catalogue to display products and receive customer enquiries. The catalogue is managed using a Cloudflare-hosted system.
When you send a product enquiry, you are asked for your name, phone/WhatsApp number, city, address and optional notes. We also save the selected items and quoted enquiry totals. This information is collected only after you explicitly consent through the enquiry form.
Your submitted information is used to answer product queries, confirm compatibility, pricing and availability, and contact you about your request. It is accessible through the password-protected store admin dashboard. Your details are not automatically sent to WhatsApp. You choose whether to use the separate WhatsApp link or share a PDF.
The catalogue records limited first-party interaction events such as page views, product views, cart actions, searches and WhatsApp button clicks. It uses a temporary browser session identifier and broad device type, OS and browser category. Cloudflare may provide an approximate city. The app does not save raw visitor IP addresses or discover hidden phone numbers.
Enquiry information and usage events are stored in Cloudflare D1, and product photographs in Cloudflare R2. Enquiry records remain until an authorised administrator deletes them. Contact the store if you wish to request deletion or correction of the details you submitted.
Instagram, Google Maps and WhatsApp are external services. Opening one of these links means the selected service may process information under its own privacy policy. Optional Cloudflare Workers AI only processes product-label photos selected by an authorised admin.
